I imagine our experiences of grief akin to a grid—a mysterious, interwoven system. Our grief grid is like a beautiful mycelium tapestry or a series of tree rings, or a spider’s web.

It is an imprint of our grief journey and a manual on how we support ourselves in grief. Our grid connects us first with ourselves and ultimately, with the grief present in our collective. It is ever-evolving and invites us to return again and again to this important work.

Found here are my thoughts on these complex, meandering tangles.
